Uploaded Content: Files, videos, images, and text you upload to use our tools are processed on our servers. Uploaded content is stored temporarily and subject to automatic cleanup.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain our services, process your media content through our tools, authenticate your account and manage access, improve our tools and develop new features, communicate with you about your account or service updates, and ensure the security of our platform.
4. Third-Party Services
Our tools integrate with third-party APIs to provide their functionality, including AI services for content generation, text-to-speech, video processing, and analytics. When you use these features, relevant data is sent to these providers to process your requests. We select providers that maintain appropriate data protection standards. Where you connect third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Drive, we access only the data and permissions you explicitly authorize, act solely on the actions you configure, and you may revoke access at any time from your account or the provider’s own settings.
4a. Google API Services & YouTube
MiViral’s YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By connecting your Google account and using these features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. We request only two scopes: youtube.upload — to upload the video you created in MiViral to your own channel — and youtube — to set the custom thumbnail our tool generates and to update that video’s title, description, privacy status, playlists and comments on your own channel. We access only the signed-in user’s own channel, only when you explicitly start an action, and we request no other Google scopes.
Limited Use. MiViral’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide a feature you requested, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition in which this policy continues to apply.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and access controls. Uploaded media files and generated outputs are automatically cleaned up based on configured retention periods.
6. Data Retention
Account information is retained as long as your account is active. Uploaded files and generated outputs are retained temporarily and subject to automatic cleanup (typically 1-5 days). Usage history and logs are retained for service improvement and may be periodically purged.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data through your profile page, export your data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and update your preferences at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us or use the tools available in your account settings.
8. Cookies and Sessions
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
