By accessing or using MiViral Tools ("the Service"), operated by Mind Media Group LLC ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
MiViral Tools is a suite of digital media and content creation tools that includes video processing, text-to-speech, AI-powered content generation, analytics, and other media workflow tools. The Service is provided on an as-is basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
Access to the Service requires an account created by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. You may not use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to and create using the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload or process through our tools.
The Service integrates with third-party APIs and services including AI providers, speech synthesis engines, video processing services, and social media platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
Uploaded files and generated outputs are stored temporarily on our servers and are subject to automatic cleanup based on configured retention periods. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from automatic cleanup processes, server maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues. You are responsible for downloading and backing up any content you wish to retain.
The Service utilizes third-party API credits for various tools. Usage may be subject to rate limits and quotas. Excessive or abusive usage that depletes shared resources may result in temporary or permanent restriction of your access.
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may add, remove, or modify tools and features as we see fit.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mind Media Group LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
